Role Overview
- Provide essential operational support in loading, unloading, and the safe transportation of materials and equipment for substation automation.
- Assist in organizing and checking loads.
- Proper stowage, lashing and protection of materials and equipment in the vehicle.
- Verify materials and equipment to be loaded or unloaded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the transport vehicle and in loading/unloading areas.
- Strictly comply with occupational health and safety procedures.
- Assist the driver with vehicle maneuvers.
- Report any damage identified to materials, equipment, or the vehicle.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of load securing (lashing) and stowage of various cargo.
- Basic understanding of weights and measurements for load distribution.
- Safe manual handling and lifting techniques.
- Identification and safe handling of materials and equipment specific to the electrical and automation sector.
