Drive the sale of QSC solutions by planning and carrying out direct sales activities.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and management of external direct sales as well as internal customer support teams.
Maintain database with project opportunity tracking and project registration.
Report on activities and strategic field information
All other various sales management related activities
Liaise and attend regional and national meetings to represent the company’s interest
Requirements
BS in Engineering or Business is preferred, but not required
Relevant sales channel experience is required
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Industry certifications such as CTS, NAVS, or other Avixa certificates is preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant LATAM region channel sales experience
Proven experience in developing and managing sales strategy
Proven track record of achieving targets over a period of years
Comprehensive understanding of audio, video, and networking is required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Understanding of how to position products against competitors
Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation and conflict resolution skills
Highly independent and self motivated to perform in a results oriented sales environment
Commercially astute with the ability to understand a complex sales proposition.
