Provide administrative and coordination support to the AP institutional team in Hong Kong, including assisting with outreach activities, organizing information, and helping maintain connections with industry stakeholders.
Conduct general market and industry research to support team awareness and decision-making.
Deliver high-quality client service by responding to enquiries and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Serve as a reliable liaison for institutional clients, helping maintain positive and professional ongoing relationships.
Assist in the planning coordination and implementation of departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing team efficiency and organisational alignment.
Support efforts to strengthen the organisation’s positioning through collaboration and information gathering and management.
Work closely with regional functions including product, legal, compliance, operations, and investments.
Ensure adherence to procedures and compliance requirements.
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor’s or above), preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering
5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in institutional sales or relationship management
Experience in private markets required
CFA or CAIA designation preferred
Proven track record in developing and maintaining institutional client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business sense and market awareness
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Native Korean speaker with fluency in English
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions
High level of integrity and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
