Role Overview
Own and evolve Vivobarefoot's CRM strategy across lifecycle, loyalty, and referrals
Lead CRM revenue targets, forecasting, and performance reporting
Drive experimentation and continuous optimisation across all programmes
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CRM team
Oversee VivoRewards and referral programmes, deepening loyalty and advocacy
Champion customer insight and segmentation to sharpen every interaction
Manage our CRM tech stack: Bloomreach, Attentive, Mention Me, and Antavo
Ensure GDPR compliance across all CRM activity and regions
Requirements
Proven CRM or lifecycle marketing leader with a strong retention track record
Commercially minded; owns targets, builds forecasts, and drives outcomes
Deep understanding of loyalty, referral programmes, and customer segmentation
Confident with data, behavioural insight, and test-and-learn approaches
Experience leading and developing CRM teams
Familiar with modern CRM platforms and marketing technology ecosystems
Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional stakeholder skills
Passionate about building customer relationships that actually mean something
