Help deliver accurate billing and exceptional customer experiences
Investigate and resolve billing and supply issues that lead to inaccurate or fictitious debt on customer accounts
Review, validate, and correct customer accounts to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
Analyse customer account data to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and track progress through to resolution
Engage with customers via phone and email to address billing queries, set up payment arrangements where appropriate, and ensure only validated debt is collected.
Requirements
Experience in data quality roles within a utilities provider or similar, specifically in billing or metering
Experience in collecting outstanding debt on customer accounts
Understanding of the impact of data quality on financial performance & Debt.
