Own the Public Charging strategy and roadmap: Evolve the strategy and product roadmap across CPO and eMSP, balancing operator needs, regulatory obligations, utilisation mechanisms and scalable product architecture.
Drive product discovery: Run discovery cycles to sharpen propositions and identify high-impact opportunities ahead of the market.
Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with other Product Managers as well as Finance, Sales, Operations, and Energy Services to define commercial models and enable adoption at scale.
Prioritise with discipline: Evaluate customer and partner requests based on strategic value, commercial viability, regulatory necessity, technical feasibility and long-term product health. All in the spirit of building the right product.
Communicate with structure: Communicate with impact to foster proactive stakeholder alignment. Partner with Product Marketing to ensure we make some noise about our product.
Guide delivery with engineering: Partner with engineering to drive disciplined execution while preserving the flexibility to iterate quickly when signals or regulation demand it.
Build the rollout muscle: Develop and maintain rollout templates, enablement frameworks, and KPIs that measure adoption and inform the next cycle.
Represent Public Charging: Be the strategic owner and face of Public Charging – connecting operators, drivers, engineering, and commercial teams around a shared direction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a senior product leader (Head of Product, Group PM, or Principal PM) owning a B2B or B2B2C product area end to end.
Strong commercial instincts; you’ve shaped pricing, packaging, and go-to-market models alongside Sales and Finance.
A track record of turning complex, high-variance, or regulated demand into scalable, productised offerings.
Disciplined product discovery skills: hypothesis-driven, evidence-based, and unafraid to kill ideas that don’t earn their place on the roadmap.
Excellent structured communication: you lead with clarity in writing, in decision forums, and in front of executive and partner audiences.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment, balancing predictable delivery with rapid iteration.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel/work onsite on a regular basis (hybrid working).
Residency and work authorization in Europe are required.
