About this role
Lockheed Martin is a leader in aerospace and defense, and they are seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst to drive SAP/ERP initiatives across the organization. This role involves facilitating the development, implementation, and sustainment of SAP/ERP systems and processes while collaborating with multiple project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply‑chain business processes and recommend improvements for SAP applicability
- Design, configure, and test SAP supply‑chain modules—including Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and Transportation
- Author functional specifications, master‑data records, reports, and custom transactions
- Lead unit, integration, and operational readiness testing, and develop training documentation and user training
Requirements:
- Aerospace & Defense experience
- Overall understanding of procurement process (from requirements to goods receipt)
- SAP functional experience
- Experience in SCM process knowledge
- Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements
- Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions
- Extended warehouse management (1LMX)
- Procurement Aero codes
- Supplier Quality
- ADP experience/knowledge
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles
- Sales order and demand knowledge
