Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage the clinical department's budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maintaining financial sustainability.
Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to clinical staff to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles within ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology settings, including experience managing and supervising clinical staff.
In-depth knowledge and expertise in both ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology, including evidence-based practices, assessment tools, and treatment strategies.
Proven track record of leading and managing clinical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and accreditations related to ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology services.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including families, educators, therapists, and community organizations.
