Own ventures & subprojects
You not only take ownership of smaller (sub)projects independently, but also contribute to and shape our own ventures with broad external impact.
Proactive improvements & AI/tech scouting
You assist in ideation, identify optimization opportunities, and independently propose changes that make a real difference.
Rapid prototyping & R&D
Together we focus on short development cycles, validate ideas early, and react quickly to feedback. You will be in the middle of building prototypes and testing concepts for feasibility.

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field — you have a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong problem-solving skills: You are an excellent troubleshooter, think analytically, and find solutions in complex situations rather than just spotting problems.
Curiosity & creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and taking responsibility to turn them into concrete results — you don’t stop until the outcome truly convinces.
Technical interest and basic skills (e.g., coding) are a plus but not required — more important are willingness to learn and a basic understanding of agile methodologies.
Very good German and English skills — you communicate confidently in both languages.
Initiative & sense of responsibility: You handle uncertainty confidently and manage your projects independently.
Forward-thinking: You question processes, actively seek improvements, and bring new ideas to the team.
Client and business perspective: You understand our clients’ needs as well as our internal goals and propose effective solutions.
Comfortable with a fast pace: You thrive when projects move quickly and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
Initial experience in product management, a startup environment, or development is a plus but not required.
