Role Overview
- Lead day-to-day communication for assigned health plan clients
- Manage requests and deliverables with tight tracking
- Coordinate outreach, scheduling, field ops, reporting
- Build client reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Flag risks early and drive fixes fast
- Maintain milestones, notes, and documentation
- Support onboarding and launch of new programs
Requirements
- Healthcare client services or operations experience
- Experience working with healthcare clients
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Manage multiple programs independently
- Work standard U.S. business hours, remote-ready
