Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for all Sinch messaging products in the APAC region.
Drive the roadmap for APAC-specific product development and customization.
Adapt Sinch’s global product offering to meet local market and customer requirements.
Define and build commercial guidance to support customer transition and growth from SMS to newer messaging channels like RCS and WhatsApp.
Act as the regional subject matter expert, the product 'Go-To' person for the sales teams in the region.
Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in similar positions, preferably working with presales, product management, or carrier relations at an operator or a CPaaS provider.
A strong understanding of the APAC enterprise messaging ecosystem is a must.
Deep knowledge of messaging channels including RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS is a must.
Ability to articulate and present complex topics to diverse audiences, from management to engineers.
Ability to break down complex requirements and explain them in simple terms.
Strong ownership of your work and a proven ability to manage relationships with customers (internal and external).
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to your daily work with great attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration skills and be a quick learner with a passion for driving swift delivery.
A degree in engineering, product management, a similar academic area, or equivalent relevant work experience from a tech company.
