Drive end-to-end execution of product launches from an Operations perspective
Plan and lead launch readiness activities, including hypercare setup, cross-functional alignment, and go-live preparation
Facilitate hypercare forums to actively manage issues, track progress, and ensure timely resolution before and after launch
Act as the central coordination point within Operations during launches and transitions
Execute lifecycle transitions, including product changes and phase out, ensuring alignment across functions and sites
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to product transitions, including supply constraints, obsolescence, and capacity challenges

Minimum 5-8 years of related professional experience
Excellent project management skills and familiar with the use of Project Management Methodologies
Good understanding of SCM Framework and Operations Structure
Background in regulated industry will be an advantage
Program Management or Agile Project Management certification considered an advantage
