Role Overview

• Handling customer emails via a ticketing system
• Maintaining and following up with existing customers
• Telephone support
• Managing customer records

Requirements

• Native-level German
• Basic PC skills
• Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, internet, laptop or PC, headset with noise-cancelling)
• Highly motivated and performance-oriented
• High-speed internet connection
