Requirements
- Completed training as a shipping merchant or relevant Bachelor/Master degree
- Proven experience in the shipping industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive, analytical, and structured approach to work
- Responsible, reliable, and results-oriented personality
- Goal-oriented with high initiative and assertiveness
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
