Role Overview

• Responsible for maintaining a working partnership with commercial properties, homeowners, and property managers.
• Responsible for maintaining the high standards set in the industry.
• Responsible for the removal, replacement, and treatment of damaged wood members.
• Services include painting, applying termiticides to wood and soil, removal and replacement of wood members damaged by fungi, molds, weather, and wood destroying insects.

Requirements

• A background in construction and home repair.
• Must be proficient in the use of small power tools and removal and replacement of wood members.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Applicators license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board.
• The ability to; read, write, learn, and communicate in English effectively.
