Role Overview
- Own packaging execution end to end — concept, manuscript, artwork, proofs, and sample cycles
- Drive launch execution at volume — manage full lifecycle of launches
- Own product lines — be the expert on the brands and SKUs
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships — ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Support post-launch optimization and identify opportunities for improvements
- Act as the connective tissue — manage communication and drive decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of product development experience at a D2C or growth-stage CPG company
- Owned packaging from concept to approval to launch
- Managed a high volume of simultaneous launches
- Track record of managing external vendors and suppliers
- Strong cross-functional project management skills
- Proficient in Asana or a comparable project management tool
