About this role
Role Overview
Maintaining data accuracy to enable timely resolution and compliance.
Delivering asset data tasks required by the SAP transformation programme.
Supporting system alignment, data cleansing, and migration readiness.
Centralising and maintaining asset documentation in SharePoint.
Ensuring secure, consistent, and auditable access to engineering information.
Capturing updates when assets are added, modified, or disposed of.
Ensuring synchronisation with local engineering teams across Wales.
Identifying inconsistencies, correcting gaps, and supporting validation and reporting.
Improving confidence in asset data for decision‑making and compliance.
Requirements
Experience managing engineering or technical data within a maintenance, utilities, manufacturing, or infrastructure environment.
High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and data governance skills.
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and support busy operational teams.
Strong SharePoint experience (Essential).
CMMS exposure
ideally Mainsaver or SAP.
PowerBI experience (Ideally).
