As Business Development Manager, EMEA, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Coda’s growth by winning new enterprise customers across the region.
This is a strategic hunting role where you’ll build relationships with senior decision-makers, lead complex sales cycles, and close high-impact commercial partnerships with some of the world’s most innovative digital businesses.
Success in this role comes from identifying high-value opportunities, collaborating across teams to deliver tailored solutions, and helping customers unlock new growth through Coda’s payment and commerce capabilities.
Lead market expansion into untapped segments of the EMEA digital economy, from mobile gaming to emerging creator platforms, identifying high-value prospects and positioning Coda's solutions as the catalyst for their growth
Navigate multi-stakeholder environments with C-suite executives, crafting bespoke commercial packages that combine core payment infrastructure with distribution capabilities and custom commerce solutions
Act as a trusted advisor on payment strategy, leading discovery sessions with CFOs, VPs of Product, and Payment leaders to uncover opportunities that transform how businesses monetise their digital offerings
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance teams to remove barriers, champion deals internally, and accelerate time-to-value
Stay ahead of payment trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive movements across EMEA.
Requirements
6+ years of enterprise B2B experience in payments, PSPs, payment orchestration, or SaaS, with a proven track record closing 6–7 figure deals
Deep understanding of the digital economy with direct experience in gaming, digital content, creator platforms, or adjacent verticals (wallets, OTT, digital), including how these businesses monetize and the payment challenges they face at scale
Consistent quota achievement with a hunter mentality, skilled at building and managing complex pipelines, orchestrating multi-product deals, and expanding accounts into new verticals and regions
Experience working with EMEA clients and understanding of regional payment preferences, with multilingual capabilities (English plus French, German, Russian, or Arabic) an advantage
Embraces AI-enabled workflows and modern sales tools, with strong CRM discipline, data-driven decision making, and the ability to leverage technology to identify opportunities and accelerate deals.
