ANEUVO is a bioelectronic medical device company specializing in advanced neuromodulation technologies. The Business Development Manager will drive market growth and commercial adoption of ANEUVO’s ExaStim Stimulation System, focusing on building strategic relationships in hospitals and rehabilitation centers to expand utilization and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and target quota
- Identify sales opportunities and execute those opportunities in
- Rehabilitation hospitals
- Outpatient neuro clinics
- VA facilities
- Academic medical centers
- Specialized care centers
- Develop territory growth strategies on an ongoing basis
- Build robust and accurate sales pipelines for capital equipment and recurring revenue along with a foundation for patients’ sales as well
- Execute the commercial strategy in alignment with Aneuvo objectives within an assigned region
- Contribute to market entry and scale-up initiatives for new product launches
- Drive new account penetration and strengthen relationships with key rehabilitation inpatient and outpatient centers specializing in spinal cord injury and neurorehabilitation

- Support product evaluations and pilot programs
- Support product launches and expansion as required
- Lead, develop and execute complex capital and consumable sales cycles
- Work cross functionally with reimbursement team and partners to assure pull through and adoption of reimbursement strategies
- Support reimbursement strategy and payer engagement within region
- Collaborate with health economics and clinical teams to strengthen value propositions
- Ensure adherence to regional regulatory and commercial requirements
- Provide and conduct product demonstrations focused on education, adoption and acceptance resulting in regional revenue growth through:
- In person demos
- Virtual presentations
- Hands-on clinician training
- Patient trials and fittings
- Be able to explain clinical outcomes leading to patient benefits
- Understand all reimbursement pathways and be a resource for both the clinic and the patient
- Partner with clinical support teams to ensure best-in-class support
- Uphold high standards of compliance and ethical commercial conduct
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Provide key information as required
- Monitor and understand competitive dynamics being able to provide structured market intelligence
- Accurately and timely track and record all sales and account activities within company CRM
Requirements:
- 5+ years of MedTech commercial experience, preferably in neuromodulation, implantable devices, or complex capital/consumable equipment
- Proven successful experience managing regional sales operations
- Strong network within PM&R and rehabilitation markets
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in: Robotics
- Rehabilitation medicine
- Neurological devices
- Existing rehab provider network
- MBA or advanced healthcare degree
- Experience launching new therapies or entering new markets
- Understanding of U.S. reimbursement and hospital procurement structures
- Advanced degrees (MBA or similar) are a plus
- Clinical Experience
