- Origination and execution of national and international M&A transactions in your core industries
- Management and oversight of projects, supported by the team in Germany
- Collaboration with more than 20 industry advisory boards and 450 Clairfield professionals worldwide
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience (minimum 8 years) in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Established network within your core industries and direct access to decision-makers
- Professionalism consistent with a leading international M&A advisory firm
- Understanding of the upper-tier middle market and mid-market transactions
- Strong enthusiasm for M&A
- Entrepreneurial and independent thinking and action
- Entrepreneurial DNA, an M&A mindset, and an uncompromising client-service mentality
