Assist with day-to-day HR operations
including organizational changes

Help design, document, and implement our foundational People frameworks, templates, and key initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve or escalate issues, and proactively foster a positive workplace culture
Manage employee records, handle incoming HR tickets, and maintain absolute data integrity across our HR systems
Help facilitate smooth performance review cycles, roll out development initiatives, and promote team well-being
Leverage your solid understanding of local employment law to ensure strict policy compliance and protect the organization

3-5 years of experience in HR or People-focused business development roles, ideally within fast-paced, scaling organizations
Extreme sense of ownership
