Drive high-volume prospecting activity to build a strong and sustainable pipeline.
Position our HR Solutions team as a trusted partner capable of displacing legacy HCA providers.
Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, including discovery, solution alignment, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
Conduct consultative needs analyses to understand organizational challenges related to HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce management.
Work closely with implementation and client service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Manage all activities, opportunities, and communications through our CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Participate in annual goal setting, performance planning, and continuous skill development.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Some relevant industry experience
Must obtain required licenses/credentials
Superior command of verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.
