Role Overview
- Lead the evolution of the end-to-end purchase journey, from checkout through enrollment.
- Optimize conversion and reduce friction in the sales funnel.
- Manage and evolve payment methods (PIX, card, recurring payments).
- Ensure integrity between sale, contract, and enrollment.
- Work closely with engineering, data, and commercial operations teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, checkout, or payments contexts.
- Revenue-oriented mindset and focus on conversion metrics.
- Ability to navigate technical integrations and operational processes.
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
