About this role
Role Overview
Providing technical support to existing customers and ensuring a high level of service quality.
Managing and defending key accounts in a competitive market environment.
Conducting sales prospection to identify and win new business opportunities.
Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
Managing the commercial relationship, including pricing discussions and ongoing account development.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in Portugal and Spain to ensure seamless support across the region.
Travel Requirements: Up to 70% of travel is required (across Madrid area and occasionally to other areas in Spain).
Requirements
Chemistry degree (required).
3 years of job‑related experience (required).
Proven experience in electroplating or surface treatments.
Strong technical problem‑solving skills with customers.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Spanish and English: mandatory.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
