Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to help senior living communities thrive in the digital age
Analyze industry trends and client data to create actionable plans that align with the unique objectives of senior living communities
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically crafted for the senior living sector
Manage multiple senior living client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all projects are executed with sensitivity to the needs and preferences of each individual client
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless execution of campaigns that resonate with the senior living audience, support the clients’ brands and meet their marketing and business objectives
Identify opportunities and recommend marketing strategy improvements
Address challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, recognizing the importance of respecting client concerns
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recognize and drive both internal and client discussions around potential issues before they become big problems
Review regular performance reports and actionable insights with each client
Educate senior living clients on emerging trends in digital marketing and help guide discussions around adoption of those trends to improve overall marketing performance
Demonstrate the value of our services through clear and compelling communication, emphasizing the positive impact on their businesses
Introduce new services to clients to expand our revenue
Requirements
Valid US Visa (required).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and account management, preferably within the senior living industry
2-5 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar production-oriented environment
Proven strategic planning expertise including the ability to recognize–or hear–an issue, brainstorm solutions and present them to the client in a logical manner
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client and peer-to-peer relationships
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Extreme patience and ability to diffuse difficult situations
