TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, empowers organizations with full AI visibility and consolidated security. The Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Marketing will lead customer marketing for TrendAI's strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on driving expansion pipeline, executive engagement, and customer advocacy through strategic Account-Based Marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for named enterprise accounts
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support account growth, expansion opportunities, and executive engagement
- Build industry-specific marketing strategies and messaging for Industrial & Energy and Technology, Media & Communications
- Develop customer-facing thought leadership, case studies, executive content, and industry campaigns
- Lead executive engagement initiatives including Customer Advisory Boards, executive briefings, CXO roundtables, and executive events
- Build and scale customer advocacy programs including references, testimonials, webinars, conference speakers, and success stories
- Partner with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Analyst Relations to execute integrated customer marketing programs
- Measure program success through expansion pipeline, Net Revenue Retention, executive engagement, advocacy production, and strategic account growth
- Proven ownership of an account-level number — influenced/sourced expansion pipeline and NRR contribution — rather than lead volume
- Experience marketing to multi-buying-center accounts (security, IT, cloud, app dev, OT)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or cybersecurity
- Experience in Customer Marketing, ABM, Enterprise Marketing, or Strategic Field Marketing
- Demonstrated success supporting Enterprise Sales organizations and strategic named accounts
- Experience creating executive engagement programs and customer advocacy initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying committees and account-based marketing strategies
- Experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, or Demandbase
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Cybersecurity or enterprise technology background
- Experience supporting Industrial & Energy or Technology, Media & Communications customers
- Knowledge of cloud security, AI, DevSecOps, Zero Trust, or Operational Technology (OT)
- Experience supporting Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or other analyst engagement initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
