Coordinate and manage campaigns from receipt of the brief through to the final report, in collaboration with local agencies for offline and with the Trading teams based in Paris for online.
Ensure ownership of campaign monitoring reports (campaign status, performance reports).
Contribute to drafting and presenting annual strategies.
Ensure the quality of operational follow-up with internal teams and local agencies while meeting deadlines.
Challenge their feedback and ensure strategic consistency.
Participate in preparing meeting minutes.
Attend regular client meetings and contribute to tracking action items (worklists).
Ensure client satisfaction regarding campaign delivery and performance.
Oversee operational campaign follow-up with internal teams and partners.
Consolidate media plans for campaigns bought centrally and locally.
Consolidate post-campaign reports for campaigns bought centrally and locally.
Implement operational management processes (tracking receipt of POs/quotes, budget overruns).
Ensure and encourage Trading teams and local agencies to use agency tools (client space, dashboard).
Coordinate and manage the BU teams (Expertise, Insights, Content consultants) to provide clients with effective, actionable media strategy recommendations and activations.
Requirements
1 year of experience in a media agency, ideally in a strategy/advisory or buying department
Knowledge of online channels; offline experience is a plus
