Role Overview
- Responsible for assuming all duties performed by case sealer
- Support the Finishing Department by filling in as a feeder/catcher as needed
- Understand and align business operations in the Finishing Department to exceed customer expectations
- Remove excess scrap from loads using pneumatic air hammers
- Restack and separate loads die cut loads
- Report production on daily time sheets including amount wasted
- Stretch wrap loads for storage
- Operate the baler in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist in other departments as needed
Requirements
- Experience: None (entry-level)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer and math skills
