Role Overview

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's coding experience, logic building skills, and unique learning profile.
• Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals.
• Adapt instruction in real time using live code-sharing and interactive pair-programming.
• Track student project progress and communicate effectively with families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working with students who have education needs
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
