Create structured intervention plans that align with student IEP goals, targeting areas such as articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) needs.
Adapt instruction and therapeutic exercises in real time based on student engagement, energy, and progress, utilizing interactive digital tools to keep sessions dynamic.
Track student data and communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners to ensure regulatory compliance and transparent progress reporting.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
State licensure/certification as an SLP (or willingness to obtain reciprocity).
Experience delivering teletherapy or working within a school district setting is a strong plus.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
