Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners to ensure regulatory compliance and transparent reporting on motor skill development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Experience working with students who have education needs
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
