Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap
- Translate insights into prioritized product requirements
- Lead discovery efforts including client interviews and feedback loops
- Define strategic and novel applications of AI in products
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, NPS)
- Partner with engineering to break down complex initiatives
- Collaborate closely with compliance, security, and risk teams
- Ensure releases meet PCI Level 1 standards
- Influence cross-functional roadmap decisions
- Represent the voice of the client in executive forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing complex platform or SaaS products
- Experience delivering AI-enabled software to market
- Proven track record of shipping products in agile environments
- Experience defining and using product metrics
- Product management certifications preferred
- Experience in higher education technology, payments, fintech preferred
