Responsible for the day-to-day back office operations of the clinic by overseeing the employees in providing nursing care to the clinic patients.
Implementing and assuring quality medical management and cost containment health services to patients.
Overseeing planning, development, implementation, and evaluation/improvement of clinical care services/programs, which include patient experience, patient safety, HEDIS, and value-based care quality measures.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited LVN school, coupled with a Current LVN license issued by the State of California required.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing patient care in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
Current IV Certification preferred (will be required to complete within 6 months of employment).
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system is required.
A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
