Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails
Can run a structured discovery call
Knows how to ask good questions before pitching
Understands how to sell value, not just price
Good understanding of marketing concepts
Confident speaking with C-level executives, marketing managers, educators, therapists, and business owners
Writes clear, professional emails
Can research a company quickly and identify whether it is a good prospect
Organised, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
Takes ownership of results and does not need to be constantly chased
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Willing to follow a defined sales process
Motivated by revenue growth, client relationships, and delivering excellent service
