About this role
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and prospecting through demo and close
Sell into enterprise brokerages, carriers, wirehouses, and large financial institutions
Build and nurture relationships across a relationship-driven, in-person market
Run discovery and product demonstrations for a complex platform
Travel roughly once per month for conferences and in-person selling
Partner with marketing and customer success to identify and win the right accounts
Requirements
7-15 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience with a track record of larger deals
Demonstrated success at startups, ideally selling into old-school industries
Strong hunter mentality with the velocity, energy, and drive to source and build relationships quickly
Excellent relationship-building skills and a positive, high-energy presence
Comfort and proficiency with technology and AI tools
Consistent top performance, having crushed quota at recent roles
Bonus: direct experience selling into insurance or financial services
