Examines and evaluates patient’s physical therapy needs.
Formulates a physical therapy diagnosis, and develops a treatment plan with treatment goals directed towards maximizing function.
Completes all required educational activities, which may include assigned readings, self-learning modules, continuing education courses, workshops or other similar learning activities.
Assists with orientation of new staff, participation on committees, supervision of students and aides, and involvement in developing/revising practice standards.
Actively participates in implementation of performance improvement program for clinical service, in area of subspecialty expertise.
Participates in departmental activities in order to promote staff education and protocol/pathway development in area of subspecialty expertise.

Licensed Physical Therapist
State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
