Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and enhance these through quality product delivery
Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti
Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to complete project work plans
Understand how construction projects are planned, managed, monitored, and delivered
Familiar with key stages of the construction project lifecycle
Assess project governance, controls, cost management, schedule management, and contractor oversight
Review construction documentation such as budgets, schedules, contracts, and reports
Understand common construction project risks and audit capital programs

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field)
5+ years of experience in Consulting, Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, or Capital Project Management, within professional services or industry
Experience with project management tools and construction systems (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, e-Builder, Kahua, CMIC, or similar)
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or similar are a plus
