About this role

Partner with clients to identify risk, operational inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities across real estate portfolios, transactions, and capital investments
Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking
Devise solutions to support client needs using the latest tools and methods
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and foster a network within the business community
Serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee project work plans

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field)
8+ years of experience in Consulting, Real Estate, Investment Management, or Capital Project-related roles
Experience with real estate financial modeling and analytical tools preferred
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or related credentials are a plus
