Several years of experience in commercial insurance, ideally in underwriting or sales
Strong sales orientation and enjoyment in building business relationships
Solid expertise in at least one commercial lines area (e.g., Liability, Financial Lines, Cyber, or Property)
Entrepreneurial mindset and a good sense for risk and profitability
Negotiation skills, decisiveness and a confident presence
High self-motivation, goal orientation and the ability to drive initiatives proactively
Excellent German and good English skills
