Works in partnership with department leaders to provide program direction and management.
Develops and oversees functional area or system programs to meet the needs of patients, families, and community served.
Coordinates and oversees all aspects of care for families whose babies are diagnosed with medical concerns before birth.
Partners with physician and administrative leadership to develop a family-centered fetal care program.
Works closely with multidisciplinary teams responsible for referrals and coordination of maternal-fetal and pediatric specialty visits.
Develops workflows, policies, and referral pathways; monitors volumes, outcomes, and patient experience.
Establishes meaningful metrics and communicates program progress to support accountability and strategic decision-making.

1 year of experience coordinating small or department programs
1 year of experience in a professional working environment
Bachelor's degree in appropriate field
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Prior experience using EPIC and EPIC SlicerDicer highly preferred
May require reliable transportation for travel between maternal fetal care sites (MFMs) up to 10-15% of the time
Demonstrated success in program development, project planning, and project management
Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities, and work independently and within teams
