Manage and expand BDV's existing channel partner and university partner network.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and support new domestic and international referral partners.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and business reviews with existing partners.
Develop strategies to increase partner engagement, accountability, and production.
Maintain accurate records of partner activity and performance within CRM systems.
Represent BDV at conferences, networking events, community events, and industry functions.
Build and maintain relationships with university international offices, career services departments, alumni associations, and student organizations.
Develop educational programs and presentations focused on employment-based immigration pathways for F-1 and J-1 students.
Conduct webinars, seminars, workshops, and informational sessions to generate qualified leads.
Develop partnerships with professors, student leaders, international student advisors, and university administrators.
Create and manage a university outreach calendar and campus engagement strategy.
Generate qualified EB-3 Unskilled leads through community outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
Build relationships with cultural organizations, churches, immigrant communities, and professional associations.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support enrollment initiatives and partner campaigns.
Prepare monthly reports detailing partnership activity, lead generation, enrollment performance, and business development opportunities.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships, outreach, and enrollment growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, recruiting, higher education, workforce development, admissions, or a related field.
Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships preferred.
Experience working with universities, international students, or multicultural communities preferred.
Experience in immigration, recruiting, staffing, higher education, or workforce mobility is preferred.
