Role Overview
Generate and qualify leads (inbound and outbound)
Deliver consultative platform presentations
Negotiate directly with decision-makers at medium and large companies
Keep the CRM updated daily (discipline is not a plus — it’s fundamental)
Actively participate in marketing and demand-generation activities
Represent ContrataPJ at industry events and meetings
Analyze data, produce reports, and propose commercial improvements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Confidence to negotiate with decision-makers
Autonomy, responsibility, and results-oriented focus
Strong ability to present arguments, listen, and close deals
Experience selling software and generating leads (advantage)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Clear communication and professional demeanor
Direct, no-nonsense negotiation style
Familiarity with technology, HR, recruitment, or B2B services
