Role Overview
- Support the monthly accounting close process
- Reconcile financial and accounting modules
- Analyze accounting entries related to payments and collections
- Prepare accounting reports and statements to support management
- Assist with tax calculations and verifications
- Monitor and analyze foreign exchange fluctuations, interest, and financial expenses
- Liaise with external auditors and internal departments
- Contribute to process improvements and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting
- Solid knowledge of debit and credit reconciliations
- Experience with month-end close routines and analysis of entries in accordance with Brazilian GAAP (BRGAAP)
- Advanced Excel and full Microsoft Office suite skills
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of IFRS (a plus)
- Knowledge of SAP (a plus)
- Knowledge of Power BI (a plus)
