About this role
Role Overview
Develop new business, strengthen the active customer portfolio, and represent BOLD in the state
Manage an active portfolio, ensuring retention and revenue growth
Serve clients directly and primarily through distributors
Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial conditions aligned with strategy
Operate consultatively, understanding needs and proposing solutions
Requirements
Based in Salvador, BA
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields
Driver’s license (category B) and availability to travel
Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Consultant
Experience in prospecting, portfolio management, and consultative negotiation
Experience with indirect channels / distributors
Proficiency with analytics tools and performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong communication, organizational skills, and a results
and target-oriented mindset
