About this role
Role Overview
Act as a Customer Success with a focus on expansion (farmer).
Responsible for deepening relationships with the existing customer base.
Identify growth opportunities and generate new business from existing accounts.
Monitor the customer portfolio, ensuring strong relationships.
Support customers in using Scope's solutions, clarifying doubts.
Track customer satisfaction and promote a positive experience.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with customers.
Monitor platform usage and encourage adoption of available features.
Record information and interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
Experience in customer service, Customer Success, post-sales, or related areas.
Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships.
Organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proactive, collaborative profile with a willingness to learn.
Interest in technology and consultative customer service.
Basic knowledge of Excel and ease working with systems.
Experience with technology companies or SaaS is a plus.
CRM knowledge is a plus.
Experience with fleet management, logistics, mobility, or telematics is a plus.
