Role Overview
- managing the company’s payables

- providing proper documentation and compliance before processing payments
- maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- collaborating with procuring teams to resolve discrepancies
- identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency
- assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities
- supporting audits and compliance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payables processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and PH compliance.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
