Role Overview
Manage the early sales cycle within defined industry and regional territory
Lead generation & prospecting
Qualify leads by cold calling and nurturing inbound leads
Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and Account Executives
Create prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities
Accurately record and update data in our CRM system
Build trusting relationships with potential customers
Bring energy and innovation to the SDR team
Continuously develop knowledge and competencies
Requirements
5+ years of experience as SDR in a SaaS company
Comfortable in using AI tools
Highly communicative
Agile mind
Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient individual
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Interest or educational background in weather-related fields (nice-to-have)
