About this role
Role Overview
Identify and research potential retail and e-commerce merchants across LinkedIn, prospect databases, industry publications, and competitor analysis.
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalised emails, and LinkedIn — sparking genuine interest in the InPost proposition.
Qualify prospects using BANT criteria — assessing budget, authority, need, and timeline — and conduct initial discovery conversations.
Book and confirm qualified meetings for BDMs, providing a concise and accurate briefing on each prospect ahead of handover.
Requirements
At least 1 year in a customer-facing or commercially oriented role — sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or similar
Some exposure to outbound outreach or prospecting activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Comfortable using a CRM tool to log activity and manage a contact list
Native or fluent English speaker
