Act as the primary IT point of contact for SAP SD demands from Latin American business users.
Serve as the central coordination point for SAP SD functional and technical support.
Collaborate with SAP Technical Leaders, IT Business Partners, and Project Managers to define project strategy, prioritization, estimations, and resource needs.
Act as the technical expert on SAP SD custom solutions within the global template and LATAM localizations.
Estimate SAP SD projects to drive business value and optimized cost of ownership.
Support staffing and capacity planning for the SAP SD portfolio.
Guide SAP SD consultants and promote best practices.
Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and SAP governance.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC SD in regional and/or global environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP.
Solid understanding of: Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, and Customer Service.
Strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules and external systems.
Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese desirable).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
