Role Overview
- Strategic & operational leadership
- Define and lead end-to-end Capex project strategy
- Structure project phases: concept, design, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover
- Ensure project governance (scheduling, risks, costs, quality)
- Ensure risk management (HAZOP, FMEA) and change control
- Collaborate closely with Production, QA, EHS, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of experts (≈5 people)
Requirements
- Degree in civil or industrial engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing industrial projects in a GMP environment
- Proven experience managing a Capex portfolio
- Experience in pharmaceutical / biotech / chemical industry (API/peptides = major asset)
- Team management experience
